📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We deliver across the UAE within 2–5 business days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the UAE is free on orders over AED 200. For orders under AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@pawlido.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some hygiene-related items are non-returnable for health reasons.

How do I request a return?

Email us at support@pawlido.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Are your products safe for cats and dogs?

Absolutely. All Pawlido products are designed with pet safety as the top priority. They are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and undergo rigorous testing before reaching our customers.

How does the self-cleaning litter box work?

Our smart litter boxes use sensors to detect when your cat has finished using them. After a few minutes, the system automatically cleans and separates waste into a sealed compartment, keeping odors contained and your home fresh.

Do your automatic feeders work with wet food?

Most of our automatic feeders are designed for dry food. We do offer specific models compatible with wet food — check the product description for compatibility details before purchasing.

Can I control the devices from my phone?

Yes. Our smart devices connect to a dedicated mobile app (iOS and Android) via Wi-Fi, allowing you to monitor, schedule, and control your pet's feeding, litter, or air purification remotely.

What size of cat or dog are your products suitable for?

Each product page specifies the recommended pet size and weight. Our litter boxes generally accommodate cats up to 8 kg, and our feeders are suitable for pets of all sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Do you offer installment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible installment plans through Tabby and Tamara for orders within the UAE. Select your preferred option at checkout.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 5% VAT as required by UAE law.

🛡️ Warranty & Support

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Pawlido smart devices come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Accessories and non-electronic items carry a 30-day warranty.

How do I claim warranty service?

Contact our support team at support@pawlido.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video if possible. We'll assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from water exposure (unless product is rated waterproof)
  • Consumable parts (filters, batteries, etc.)
How can I get technical support?

Our support team is available Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM (GST). Email us at support@pawlido.com or use the contact form on our website. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders, veterinary clinics, pet shelters, and retailers. Contact us at wholesale@pawlido.com for more information.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
