Pawlido offers everyday pet accessories as well as powered devices. Each product works differently: app control, camera features, automatic cleaning and microchip access are not universal.
Automatic feeders
Check the selected edition and its supported food type, controls and power requirements. Button-controlled, app-controlled and camera editions can have different features. Follow that product’s instructions rather than assuming another model’s settings apply.
Litter systems and odor-control products
Distinguish a complete device from a replacement part or accessory. Check the model’s dimensions, intended pet size, compatible litter and setup instructions before ordering. Do not assume that every model is suitable for kittens or has the same sensors or connectivity.
Before ordering a powered device
Confirm the plug, power compatibility and shipping availability for your destination. Contact us if these details are unclear.
